When do submissions close?
You can submit entries through July 16, 2021.

When will the Finalists be announced?
The finalists are announced on a to be determined date.

When will the Winners be announced?
This year’s Winners will be announced at Digital Pharma East on the evening of September 29, 2021, in Philadelphia.

Can I apply to more than one category?
Yes. You may submit the same campaign to multiple categories, or, submit multiple campaigns to the same category. There is no limit to how many applications your company can submit. There is a fee of $250 per submission.

How are applications judged?
The submissions will be reviewed and scored by a selected panel of judges and the aggregate of the scores will determine the finalists and category winners. The submissions will be judged on the following criteria: creativity, strategy, audience impact, social good, true innovation, and effectiveness.

How can I pay for my application?
You can pay for your application using a credit card at the time of submission. Submissions must be paid for by the deadline in order to be reviewed by judges.

What information should I include in my application?
It is mandatory for your application to include your company name, company website, campaign name, company overview, campaign description, campaign results, and your company logo preferably as an .eps file. The judges want to hear about your campaign strategies and goals and how you think you stood out, plus see evidence of how you met or exceeded your targets. If you are an agency filing on behalf of a life science client, please note both parties in the application. There is no word limit but please be concise with the information provided.

What supplementary information should I include?
Please submit at least one visual element per entry. Photos, video compilations, case study proofs and PDF presentations are all encouraged as compelling ways to make your entry stand out. The maximum file size per piece is 5MB and you can upload a maximum of 3 files, excluding your company logo(s). Video attachments may be hosted on a video site such as YouTube or Vimeo. Provide website URLs to the publicly accessible campaign or active URL of a landing page. Please ensure any applicable usernames and passwords are provided and active. Please do not upload any further written material as the judges will not consider these. The written component of your entry should be fully explained within the provided form fields

Can applications be submitted from outside the United States?
Yes, we are accepting applications from anywhere in the world.

What is the cost to apply?
The cost to submit a single application is $250.

Who is eligible to apply?
Any company that has run a marketing campaign between June 2020-June 2021 in the life sciences industry is welcome to apply. Each entry will be scored based on the ability of the applicant to demonstrate the following criteria: creativity, strategy, audience impact, social good, true innovation, and effectiveness.

Will I receive feedback from the judges?
No, however, some of the judges’ comments will be featured in the special report written about the finalists and winners.
