As Group Creative Director at Heartbeat, Kris generates unique creative concepts that work with key brand strategies for the agency’s top clients, always overseeing those concepts to impeccable execution. Of his 18 years in the advertising biz, he’s spent 13 in healthcare, and likes to say that he “grew up” in healthcare marketing—from digital projects to full DTC campaigns, he’s run the gamut of creative experiences. Kris has a stack of creds that reads like a novel, including work with brands both big and small, across indications both common and rare, and on products both blockbuster and niche. His work has been lauded by industry peers, garnering award honors from the likes of CLIO, MM+M, MANNY, OMMA, PM360, Webby, and many more.
When he’s not helping to manage Heartbeat’s impressive bench of creative talent, he can be found spending quality time with his two sons (his youngest was just born in April!). From time to time, he actually creates real benches, too (he loves to craft furniture).
